Ok, first off I do have a shitty computer, just keep reading. I've set all my settings borderline rock bottom (like 4:3 some stupid low resolution) and I still have the stuttering problem, so no matter how high or low I have my settings I still have this problem. Last night I put the game onto compatability mode and that fixed it for that 1 session, I had 0 stuttering but next time I was on it was back to how it was before. I've not had this problem on <i> any </i> other Gmod servers. The game just pauses once every second for maybe half a second (idk) and does stop me from playing any jobs that have shooting or any real action involved in playing that job properly, almost forcing me down to the jobs like Medicine Producer and what not. I've talked to lots of staff, most saying they don't know why, with the most helpful being Jebus and Cody, actually sitting there reccomending things that could help, or help me find help for it, and other staff like Jeff and Ling I think it was, that just started talking over each other telling me to factory reset my computer, turn it off and on again or just get a new computer completely which kinda didn't help anything at all.  If I had to stop playing this server just because of this constant stuttering I would be upset because this server obviously has potential and I would love to keep playing.
